im esp proud of the 2.4km run. becos i freaking proved the whole world wrong. that i cant imrpove by MORE than 40s within 5days. PLUS thoes 5 days i didnt freakin train or run at all. MAJOR SUCCESS. i asked e whole world if i can cut 40s within 5days. the world say no. i ran yesterday for ippt like a dog. and i DID IT. the world can now kiss my ass for i have done the impossible. GOLD IS MINE.

but seriously. m really happy and proud of myself. like woah. in army. ive constantly been pushing my limits. my fist ippt in army was like 11.17. second one was 10.24. and my COY hardly did any endurance training. abt 2-3 sessions of AGR of 15 mins ONLY. (while others like ninja did 30mins agr already) and we only did one time of 30-60. (while others like ninja did 60-120 ages ago already). freaking hell.

on another note. i've finished 16km route march! WOOHOO!! well done again darren!

i didnt fall out! im strong and i can do it!

but of cos. it came at a price. i got MAJOR IMBA abrasions. my bunk mates can tell you.

its so big. they compared it to a continent. and i feel tt analogy is freakin true. my abrasions are really really bad. you can bet on it. i'll show u picture next time u better dont puke infront of our com. dried blood, pus and red broken skin. YOU DONT WANNA KNOW. but! its better already and i fought through it durin my 2.4km. DOUBLE SMILES =D =D
